the tour area of your choice and you will learn everything
you need to know about all of the communities in that area.
You'll receive a complete package of information on schools,
shopping, dining, and recreation facilities, as well as
a complete list of homes and condos available for purchase.
All of the is provided by a licensed Realtor, but without
the hard-sell and commitment expectations you'd prefer to
avoid. There is never an obligation to buy. Just sit back
and enjoy the ride ~ you'll be glad you did!
Each tour is approximately four hours long and the cost
is $25 per person or $40 per couple. Transportation is provided
by Alligator Alley Express, LLC in one of their ten passenger
Dodge Sprinter vans and will be hosted by a licensed Realtor.
